Self-Hypnosis

Directions: This building is located directly behind the Dept of Social Services building you were in last year to provide hypnosis. If you are coming from Mahopac, take route 6 into Carmel. Make a right onto Old Route 6 (at the light where Bob’s Auto Parts is) and make an immediate right turn into the Donald B. Smith Campus. Drive straight and turn left around the first building. Then you will make a right into the parking lot and straight ahead is the big, brick and glass Bureau of Emergency Services building.

Directions: This building is the first little brick building on Fair Street across from the deli on the corner (I forget the name of it). It is diagonal from Carmel High School. If you are coming from Mahopac, take route 6 and turn right onto Fair Street in the village of Carmel. Then make a left in the parking lot where the sign for “Wenco Plaza” is. The parking lot is behind Cornerstone Park. There is a walkway between buildings to get to the front entrance.
