Hypnosis and past life regression has changed lives -- including my own! I personally credit hypnosis with saving my life in 1995. For more than 12 years I'd suffered from an eating disorder, and though I wanted very much to be healthy, I felt at the mercy of my poor relationship with food. Finally, at the end of my rope and in great despair, I went to a hypnotist.
In one session I was completely cured.
It took about 2 hours to do what I had been unable to accomplish after years of traditional therapy and in- and outpatient clinics. I was cured because I wanted to change and because my hypnotherapist was able to address my challenge at the root (subconscious) level, which was emotional and a deeply-ingrained habit. Since then I have made it a personal mission to promote hypnosis as a very valuable tool for those struggling with food issues, addictions or overwhelming bad habits that get in the way of my clients' positive change.
I'm certified as an Advanced Clinical Hypnotist, certified to facilitate Past Life Regression, have a Master's degree in Divinity from the Beloved Community Seminary and am an ordained Minister of Peace. I am a certified member of the National Guild of Hypnotists, and a certified practitioner of EFT, a form of energy medicine. I am also an American Board of Holistic Practitioners-certified Intuitive Consultant (or psychic-medium).
I currently give workshops for individuals and corporate clients on weight loss, stress relief, smoking cessation, and the benefits of hypnosis in Putnam and Westchester Counties, New York, and have a private practice in Putnam Valley. I am the author and producer of several e-books and self-hypnosis audio files; I also taught and created a manual for teaching Empowerment For Change - a 6-week course for female inmates.
